About

The World’s Largest Women’s Patriotic Service Organization

For nearly a century, the American Legion Auxiliary has been serving, helping, and meeting the needs of our nation’s veterans, military, and their families—both here and abroad. We honor those who have fought and are fighting, those who have put others first, and those who protect our freedoms every day. Auxiliary members and volunteers annually give back millions of hours to advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace, and security.

Veteran/Military Support & Advocacy

Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation

Legislative

We train and inform our members to become grassroots advocates for veterans and their families with local, state, and national elected officials.
